Why natural light is good for you?

On a rainy day it‘s hard to get out of bed. But, when it‘s clear outside with sunlight streaming through your window you‘re ready to face the day. There‘s more science behind the cause and affect of lighting on our mood and attitude than most people realize. Because our eyes contain 70 percent of our body‘s sense receptors, visual cues are unquestionably the primary way we experience the world. Light plays a big part in how our eyes work. When light passes through your pupils and moves to the retina at the back of the eye, where it is processed by one of two sets of receptor cells, depending on whether you‘re seeing in sunlight or shadow.
